PEP-A-RONI PIZZA
YOU WILL NEED:
PIZZA CRUST MIX
TOMATO SAUCE OR PIZZA SAUCE
MOZZERELLA CHEESE
PEPPERONI
BAKING SHEET
SPOON
MIXING BOWL
AND
HAVE AN ADULT PRE HEAT OVEN TO 425 DEGREES
LET’S MAKE OUR DOUGH
I used Betty Crocker Crust Mix
THE FIRST THING I WILL DO TODAY IS PUT THE PIZZA CRUST IN A MIXING BOWL. POUR IN ½ CUP OF HOT WATER (NOT BOILING).
STIR UNTIL MOIST. BEAT 20 TIMES. COVER AND LET STAND FOR 5 MINUTES.
PUT FLOUR ON YOUR HANDS AND PRESS DOUGH ONTO COOKIE SHEET OR PIZZA PAN.
LET’S ADD OUR TOPPINGS
TAKE YOUR TOMATO OR PIZZA SAUCE AND SPREAD OVER DOUGH WITH SPOON.
NOW LET’S ADD THE CHEESE
YOU CAN USE WHATEVER KIND OF STREDDED CHEESE YOU WANT. I LIKE MOZZERELLA. MY MOM SHREDDED THIS CHEESE FOR ME. ALWAYS TRY TO US FRESH CHEESE.
IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER TOPPINGS, THIS IS WHEN YOU ADD IT. I WILL BE ADDING PEPPERONIS.
NOW IT’S READY TO GO IN THE OVEN.
PLACE PIZZA IN THE OVEN ON LOWEST RACK, NOW WAIT 12 TO 17 MINUTES UNTIL CRUST IS GOLDEN BROWN. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN ADULT TAKE IT OUT OF THE OVEN
